Remote Parties

If you are not in West Central Florida, you can still attend our parties remotely.  Here is how that would work:

We will hire a local emcee (usually a local karaoke DJ who has a PA system).  We will also hire someone to serve as the event host and train them to handle the event.  Before the event begins, we will set up a computer in a discreet location at the event and create a Zoom call.  Our emcee will run the event, and the host will be available to answer questions.  We will be on standby on the Zoom call throughout the event to make sure everything runs smoothly.  So we don’t run the event on the Zoom call.  We are just there as backup.

Everything else about the event will be the same as a regular party.  You can still select your characters on our website and pay for your ticket there.  So we will not be absent from your event – we might not be physically in the room, but our team will.  Plus, we will be there electronically via computer, just in case something unusual occurs.
